Dalyan Resort Spa offers so much more than just accommodation. The 1001 colours of nature, traces of a deep rooted history surround us in the forms of Lycian rock tombs, the historic roman baths, the ancient city of Caunos and in the nature of the Calbys river. Iztuzu beach, the famous pomegranate and citrus gardens of Dalyan and all the beauty in which Dalyan Spa is embedded
Opening in late 2020 this new yoga venue has spa facilities which include a hamman (Turkish Bath), sauna, treatment room, a large outdoor pool plus a small indoor pool.
In 2020 yoga will take place in the conference room, in 2021 we will have an outdoor yoga shala.
The venue is centrally situated in Dalyan Village.
Yoga & Wellbeing
2 Daily Yoga sessions suitable for beginners and intermediate levels.
Enjoy my daily morning Hatha session, a balanced & holistic flow sequence will be introduced each morning to energise you for the day.
Evening yin sessions shall unwind with more restorative & relaxing practice focusing on letting go. Both classes are designed to help you develop your own personal practice once you leave the retreat.
Daily Mediation and Pranayama sessions, you will learn and practice pranayama and simplemeditation technique that will help to create a calm, creative and peaceful state of mind.
Evening Yoga Nidra and sleep preparation sessions.
There is one mid week day with no yoga so we may venture further afield on excursions such as the 12 Island Boat Trip, or just spend the day relaxing by the pool.
Includes – Tuition, accommodation, daily breakfast. Dinner on allocated nights.
Not Included – Flights and Insurance, meals other than as specified.
Flights – Fly to Dalaman airport.
Transfers – Individual taxi transfers are offered by the centre.
We will provide you with the airport meeting point and the names of the other guests in your transfer taxi and our own driver will meet you.
For this service the cost 35 Turkish lira per person (£11) each way regardless of how many are in the taxi, for this service you have to order a return transfer.
The journey takes 30 minutes.
Visas
E-Visas are required for this holiday, you must now purchase your visa online before you travel

You will not be allowed entry into Turkey unless you have an evisa. Visas on arrival are no longer possible. Please be aware of the dates on the website, ensure your holiday dates are covered by the visa, don’t purchase it too early.
All passengers must have at least six months remaining on their passport upon arrival in Turkey
